**How It Works:**

2. **Access Your Affiliate Portal:** Upon approval, you'll gain access to our dedicated affiliate portal, where you can find your unique affiliate ID, referral links, and a range of marketing materials to help you promote DefendRight Insurance.
3. **Promote DefendRight Insurance:** Start spreading the word about DefendRight Insurance through your website, blog, social media channels, or email campaigns. Share your unique referral links to track the customers you refer accurately.

** Affiliate Agreement:**
This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is made between DefendRight Insurance ("Company") and the affiliate ("Affiliate") who participates in the DefendRight Insurance Affiliate Program ("Program"). By joining the Program, the Affiliate agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. **Eligibility:** The Affiliate must be at least 18 years old and agree to the terms of this Agreement to participate in the Program.
2. **Promotional Activities:** The Affiliate agrees to promote DefendRight Insurance through ethical marketing practices that comply with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, spamming, misleading advertising, and infringing intellectual property rights.
3. **Commission and Payments:** The Affiliate's commission will be based on the commission plan selected during registration. Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, provided the minimum payment threshold is met. Payment will be made via the selected payment method.
4. **Referral Tracking:** The Affiliate will receive a unique affiliate ID and referral link to track customer referrals accurately. The Company will not be liable for any inaccuracies in tracking caused by improper use of referral links or technical issues beyond its control.
5. **Term and Termination:** This Agreement will commence upon the Affiliate's acceptance into the Program and will continue until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement with or without cause by giving written notice.
6. **Confidentiality:** The Affiliate agrees to keep any confidential information received from the Company confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
7. **Indemnification:** The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold the Company
harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Affiliate's participation in the Program or any breach of this Agreement.
8. **Modification:** The Company reserves the right to modify the Program, commission rates, or this Agreement at any time. Notice of any modifications will be communicated to the Affiliate via email or through the affiliate portal.
9. **Governing Law:** This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction].
